Who we are

What we collect and why

• What you type into the outline and room-check tools. This can include names and stories about you and others. We send it to our AI provider, OpenAI, solely to generate your result, and return it to your browser. We do not save it in a database, use cookies to keep it, or use it to train models. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (providing the tool you asked for).
• The speech timer runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.
• Technical data. Our host, Cloudflare, processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and secure the site. Lawful basis: legitimate interests (security).
• Analytics. If enabled, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites, to count page visits.
• Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to reply, and no longer than 12 months.

Who we share it with

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting) and OpenAI (AI processing). Both may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. OpenAI's API retains inputs for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring and does not use API data for training by default.

Please be careful about other people's information

Avoid entering sensitive details such as someone's health, religion or sexuality unless they're happy for you to.

Your rights

You have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data. Because we don't store tool inputs, we usually hold nothing about you. Contact [CONTACT EMAIL]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The outline and room-check tools use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that you are a human rather than a bot; Cloudflare processes technical signals from your browser for this. Our "Buy us a coffee" links go to Buy Me a Coffee, an external service with its own privacy policy; we don't load any of its scripts on our site.
